(1). Print

①. Flat Screen Printing :

Although the output of flat screen print flannel is low. It is convenient to plate, and the screen repeat is large. Meanwhile, it has many choices to chromatography, sophisticated pattern can be printed individually. Printing pulp volume is more with its three-dimensional pattern. It is suitable for knitted pattern made of polyester. And more adapted to high-end knitted printing.

②. Rotary Screen Printing :

This technic is normally used on cyclic pattern. It uses rabbler to press the mill base in the rotary screen to print on the knitted fabric. Rotary screen print has a fast speed, low maintenance cost and easy to operate. However, the pattern is rougher than flat screen printing.

③. Digital Printing :

Based on the technique of computer, when the computer technology is growing faster, the machine and computer technology has been combined together. Digital printing is to import the pattern RIP into the digital printing machine, and directly print on the fabric by inkjet. Because it is inkjeted as needed, chemicals and waste water will be reduced. This printing way has a protective effect on the environment. But in this way, for some subtle colors, the finished product will have chromatic aberrations.
